Project Process

We know that having a kitchen fitted can be a trying process, that's why we want to make the process simple and clear for you, as well as offering a choice of services to suit your budget and needs.

What's more, we are a One Stop Shop for kitchens, where you can choose all your requirements at the point of sale. So other than supply & fit, we can also organise all the trades to finish your project to a professional standard.

1. Design Visit

Good design starts with a good thought and good planning.  It's important that we understand how you use, or intend to use, your space before we start.  A free, personal home design visit will help you to learn more about the possibilities within your space, the available products, and the services we offer as well.

During the visit we will:
1. Establish exactly what you are looking for discuss the possibilities and point out the issues.
2. Discuss product range, design, costs and services in more detail.
3. Measure your room space.

This is a hassle free service that is completely free, with no-obligation or pressure on you to buy.

Alternatively we can work with your plans if the room or property is being planned or under construction.  You are also welcome to visit our showroom in Southwick, see the look and feel our quality products, and discuss ideas with our designer. (free tea & coffee too :)

2. Design & Quote

It is easy to make assumptions regarding the layout and the way the room works, but it's much harder to know whether or not the designs will work together perfectly for you in real-life. But do not worry, we are here to help!

Combining years of experience as professional designers and our state of the art 3D design software with millimetre precision, we can help you create the perfect design you always wanted.

Often the first design prompts new ideas. We go through the design together and revise it as necessary. If required we produce a second, third or even fourth detailed quotation with plan, 3D visualisation and every item individually priced. We will work with you to keep your project within budget.

3. Delivery

We understand this can be a stressful stage, so we will take care of all the hard work for you.  We can deliver to the site at your convenience, via our specialised carriers.

What's more, we even offer free* storage for your goods up to 2 weeks after the agreed delivery date, in the unfortunate event of a delay. This is a common problem where building works are a part of the project.

All our installations are carried out by highly experienced (10years +) professionals and completed to the highest standard. We follow up every design with a pre-installation survey; where we will identify and resolve any potential issues in order to prevent any nasty surprises further down the road.

* Terms & condition apply, available on request

4. Installation

A typical installation process:

Removal & preparation >  Electrics & plumbing > Plastering > Furniture fit > Fit appliances & connect up > Worktop template and fit > Splash back > Flooring > Decorating > Clearing & Signing off

We ensure that all work complies with the necessary building and safety regulations. Certificates of approval will be provided from qualified tradesmen if required. (Part P for electrics where required and gas safe certification where gas work is involved)

And of course,  a supply only service is also available should you choose to arrange your own fitting. You will always have a helping hand from us, even if you choose to fit it yourself. Our advice is still free should you need it after we have delivered the kitchen.

5. After-sales support

You are welcome to discuss any queries you may have before, during and after the installation. We are happy to make changes for you if possible. It's important for us to make sure your project is finished to your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that our finished product doesn't live up to your expectations, we encourage you to let us know, so we can do everything possible to help.

At the end of each project, a representative from Showcase will assess the finished project with you, and take feedback. Only when you are happy with everything, will we wish you a happy future in your new kitchen.
