We guarantee the quality of these worktops. They have been manufactured to the highest standards and should last many, many years. We will replace them should faults develop within 6 months due to manufacturing defects.*

We strongly advise you to order FREE samples to check that you are happy with the colour and finish before ordering full boards.

When you receive your worktops you should examine them immediately for any damage and  refuse to sign for them if any such damage is found. In the unlikely event that damage is found we will replace the damaged item. Claims for damage after delivery and signing for the worktops cannot be entertained.

Once worktops have been supplied you may return them at your cost within 2 weeks of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the worktops less our transport costs incurred. The full refund will only be issued if the returned items are in a saleable condition.

*Warranty claims will not be entertained where worktops have  been incorrectly installed or have not been maintained in accordance with our care instructions. Correct installation and care is of paramount importance with any wooden worktop and instructions are supplied with all our worktops.
